The UAMS photographers host sessions for UAMS Health providers to have their portrait taken for use on uamshealth.com and in other marketing materials. there are typically three slots scheduled per 15-minute block of time.
In order to market the institution in a consistent and professional manner, the UAMS Office of Communications & Marketing has defined a set of requirements for what the providers must wear for their portraits. Take a moment to read these requirements. If you are scheduling the portrait on behalf of a provider, communicate these requirements to the provider and to anyone from the department that may accompany them.
Available Open Sessions
When dates and times have been scheduled for open sessions with the Creative Services photographers, the information will be added to the Creative Services Portraits Bookings page.
If it is not already selected, choose the relevant service (e.g., “UAMS Health Providers @ UAMS Little Rock Campus”). Then select an available time on an available date. If you are scheduling a session for yourself, add your details. If you are scheduling on the behalf of someone else, add their details instead. Once you have done that, click Book. A confirmation email and meeting invite will automatically be sent to the email address that you added.
Note that the times listed as available are also based on calendar of the user account that accesses the Bookings page. So, if you are scheduling the portrait on behalf of another individual, your own schedule can impact what options are shown as available.
Scheduling a Portrait at a Different Time
If there are no times available in the open sessions or if you need a photo at a different time, you may submit a work order request with Creative Services to schedule a specific time for you or on behalf of someone else.
