Brad formed officially in 1992. Members included Stone Gossard from Pearl Jam, drummer Regan Hagar, bassist Jeremy Toback, and the smooth-voiced Shawn Smith. Songs from their first album Shame were composed of jam sessions and tracked at Avast Recording Co. in Seattle.

Smith passed away on April 5, 2019, at his home in Seattle, from complications with high blood pressure. At the time of his passing, he was working on a new album with Brad.

Release 1.3.3 of our Find-a-Doc plugin is named for the band Brad.

• Various fixes for GMB table templates
  • Rename Basement floor as Level B
  • Hide all other GMB fields when option to exclude Provider/Location listing is set to true
  • Add option to suppress “UAMS Health -“ from listing’s name
  • Add category input to Provider/Location, display in tables
• Remove unnecessary taxonomies from Provider/Location quick edit panels
• Create new table template to display Provider ID, name and profile URL for use by MyChart team.
  • Require Provider ID (PID) input for Provider profiles
• Remove primary nav, breadcrumbs, GTM from table templates (MyChart, Doximity, GMB)
