The following information is specific to marketing materials and communications from the Office of Communications and Marketing. Vanity Request
First and last name
Descriptive title of your marketing campaign. This could be common throughout multiple pieces for the same thing (flyers, commercials, etc. for a new clinic).
When you need the redirects or tagged URLs from us.
Target Audience *
Is there a specific region of the state this is focused on or delivered to? *
