Report an AI answer that looks wrong
If you asked an AI tool a question about UAMS and got an answer that was incorrect, outdated, or misleading, we want to hear about it. UAMS Web Services uses these reports to identify where AI tools are misrepresenting UAMS and to update our content accordingly.
Who this form is for
Anyone who has asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, or another AI tool a question about UAMS and gotten an answer worth flagging. UAMS staff, students, patients, peer institutions, and members of the public are all welcome to submit reports. Your report helps improve how accurately AI tools represent UAMS to everyone.
What happens after you submit
A brief overview of how Web Services handles each submission so you know what to expect.
Weekly review
Web Services reviews new submissions every Monday. Urgent items are escalated sooner.
Triage and response
If a UAMS page needs updating, we route the correction to the appropriate content owner. If the AI is misrepresenting UAMS despite correct source material, we may contact the AI vendor.
Follow-up
We cannot respond to every submission individually, but we do read every one. If you ask for follow-up and your report requires it, we will be in touch.
