Removing a Provider

When a provider leaves the employment of UAMS, their profile needs to be removed from the website. To do this, set their profile to Inactive. Setting a profile to Inactive prevents a provider’s profile from appearing on the website, including all pages like the Provider list, Locations, Conditions and Treatments.
