Why Does a Provider Profile Not Have a Star Rating?

We must have at least 30 completed surveys returned for a UAMS Health provider before a reliable star rating can be calculated and show on the website for that provider.

In the absence of a star rating, the UAMS Office of Patient Experience requested that a message be displayed that explains to users why the star rating is not available for each provider.
