Thank You Card Templates

You have the choice between three options of thank you card templates:

• Medical Center
• Triangles
• Type

“Medical Center” Template

The “Medical Center” thank you note template features a grayscale aerial photo of the UAMS Medical Center above a red color block on the front and back of the card. On the front of the card, the words “Thank You” are straddling the separation between the photo and the color block. On the back, the academic application of the UAMS master logo is vertically- and horizontally-centered in the color block.

“Triangles” Template

The front of the “Triangles” thank you note template features the words “Thank You” over a red and gray five-segment pattern which resembles a series of triangles. The back of the card is solid red with the academic application of the UAMS master logo horizontally-centered near the bottom of the card.

“Type” Template

The front of the “Triangles” thank you note template is solid red and features the words “Thank You” in white and in a font that resembles handwriting. A thin white border runs near the edges of the front of the card. The back of the card is solid white with the UAMS master logo horizontally-centered near the bottom of the card.
